A poem written by intern Alli Moy.
I really enjoyed my time at Clay Hill
And hoeing rows in the taj prior to till
I did many things that I had never before
Like eating mushrooms and picking blueberries galore
Thank you Carol for the secrets of hummus
I believe I ate the most of all those among us
Leslie I'm sorry on Fridays you had no seat
On the tambourine I had a mean beat
Marty you were excellent at defending our goal
And Shari you make a wonderful spring roll
Sue you are quite silly
In Vermont this summer it never got chilly
I'm glad I finally got to meet the famous Hannah
Marty I'm sorry we ate all your bananas
Jenna getting to Solarfest was quite the trip
Sue and Carol I'm glad we could keep you hip
I really enjoyed our after dinner chats
Peanut butter, I'm down with that!
Gracie is loving and the ducks insane
And Waldo just chills on the windowpane
I hope that I will see you all again
But if not, I will never forget the summer of twenty ten.
Gracie watching over the ducklings
The baby ducklings
The ducks- all grown up!
