In your quest for fresh vegetables, you can find Clay Hill Corners vegetables and blueberries at these local Farmers Markets:
Summer at the Farm
We've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen this week making the usual quiche, hummus, and granola; but we've also dabbled with pickles and various jams including Blueberry & Blackberry, Raspberry, and even Tomato!
All the plants are doing very well in this season of plenty and we find ourselves constantly picking the beans, tomatoes, greens, zucchini, cucumbers, and of course blueberries!
Our quiches are available at Singleton's Market in Quechee, the Upper Valley Coop in White River Junction, Dan and Whits and Killdeer Farm Stand in Norwich. Some recent flavors include Broccoli, Roasted Late Summer Vegetable, Delicata Squash and Swiss Chard, Leek and Zucchini Feta, Tomato Basil, and Butternut Squash.
Our own Hartland Granola can now be found at Singleton's and Dan and Whit's. Pick some up when you pick up a quiche! We have six kinds: Almond Coconut, Maple Walnut, Maple Walnut Raisin, Coconut Cashew, Ginger Date Coconut, and Grain-Free Granola.
Clay Hill Corners Farm Stand
The Farm Stand is now closed for the season. Thanks so much for your support! Come see us at the Winter Markets.
Typically we are picking Blueberries in our fields from late July through early September. Our blueberries are available at here at our Farmstand, the Upper Valley Coop (White River Junction), Woodstock Market on the Green, and Hartland Farmers Market, or call 802-296-2032 to order.
We'll be opening the farmstand as soon as blueberry season begins, typically in mid-July. We will have blueberries, heirloom tomatoes, spicy greens, quiches, granola, duck eggs, jams and assorted vegetables available. Call for Pick Your Own blueberry availability.
